1. Google Apps Support

The Netkiller Google Apps support service is for Google Apps services and is under the restriction of the Google Apps for Business License Terms and Conditions and Google Apps SLA. As a Google partner, Netkiller provides the following support services:

A. Managed Service(Premium Support): $20 USD, per User/Year
  • Same business day response (phone & email)
  • Optional remote support (additional fee may be charged)
  • Unlimited number of tickets for emergency issues
    (service outages & down-time)
B. Standard Support: Free
  • Free for Netkiller Google Apps customers
  • Next business day response (phone & email)
  • Unlimited number of tickets for emergency issues
    (service down & technical failures)
For outages during non-business hours, please contact Google global support on your Google Apps Admin's control panel.  Go to the 'Support' menu to find the appropriate phone number under the 'Service Unusable Issues' section.

2. Google Message Discovery (Postini)

Standard Support Service
  • Next business day response (email)
  • Optional remote support (additional fee may be applicable)
  • Unlimited number of tickets for emergency issues
    (service outages & down-time)
3. Google Search Appliance (GSA)

A. Managed Service(Premium Support): 5 - 15% of total contract
  • Professional onsite/remote support within same business day
  • No ticket limitations  
  • System maintenance check every 3 months
B. Standard Support Service 
  • Free for Netkiller GSA customers
  • Email reply within next business day
  • No ticket limitations  
4. Google Maps API Premier

Standard Support Service
  • Free for Netkiller Google Maps API Premier Customers
  • Email reply within next business day
  • No ticket limitations
